Plastic waste is at an all-time high. 80% of all marine debris found in the ocean is land-based and 80-90% of the marine debris is made from plastic.

If you have been paying attention to some of the bigger environmental campaigns across North America, one campaign stands out for us. Ditch the single-use plastic straws!

This simple act stands out for us because it's a very easy transition for everyone, yet it saves nearly 500 million straws from going into landfills (and other places) every day.

It's as simple as:

1. Telling your restaurant server to "hold the straw".

2. Either not use a straw, or pack your own reusable one.

The straws we have in store are a great replacement for the plastic ones should you need straws in your life! They are made from polished 18/8 stainless steel, they are reusable and dishwasher safe!

Get your reusable straws here, and help clean up the environment!

And while we're at it, we may as well stop using plastic utensils too! ;)

Until next time!!
